After 5 years away, the SILVA MOONtain RACES COURCHEVEL will be back in 2020! An original night trail race, held on full-moon Wednesdays (5 August, 2 and 30 September).
A great atmosphere and a friendly spirit will take pride of place.
Meet at 8.30 pm at the start in Courchevel Moriond and off you go for 9.3 km (100 m of descent and 800 m of elevation gain) of night running. An original race format, as the finish of this time trial is in the heart of the mountains, at the “Grand Plan” refuge (2,280 m), at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park.
The best specialists in the discipline will be able to fight for the season record or fine-tune their training. As for all trail running fans, they will have 4 opportunities to run in an exceptional setting, by the light of the full moon. Participants and companions will be able to refuel at the refuge with a soup from the cauldron!
