Personal assistance is permitted only at the aid stations.
All Millet XTrail Courchevel aid stations serve water only, except the one at the Grand Plan refuge for the 44, 55 and 66 km.

► 5 aid stations on the 55 km
► 4 aid stations on the 44 km
► 4 aid stations on the 33 km
► 3 aid stations on the 22 km
► 1 aid station on the 11 km
► At the finish: 1 aid station + closing meal from 2.30 pm
The 2 main aid stations are the one at the Grand Plan refuge for the 44, 55 and 66 km and the one at La Rosière for all courses except the 11 km.
▼ To reach the La Rosière aid station, drive to La Rosière and then walk for 10 minutes towards the Dent du Villard.
▼ To reach the Grand Plan refuge, drive up to the Col de la Platta and then walk for about twenty minutes towards the refuge.
